The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants, and the rooms were mostly clean and comfy. The carpeting felt old and there was a musty smell from the AC. Still, the staff were friendly, and breakfast had decent options, making it a satisfactory choice overall.

The venue was reasonably priced and comfortable, I loved the location adjacent to several good restaurants as well as various eating places, and street views. I didn't have time and missed the continental breakfast.

The warm vibes helped after a long day, but the damp carpet was unpleasant.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were welcoming, location was magnificent close to the highway. I loved that the food for breakfast was great! The room was huge & non-smoking together with large handicap bathroom.

Clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff. The location near the I-65 made it easy to get to local attractions. The room had nice amenities like a tv and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a decent selection, but options were somewhat limited. It would be great to see more variety. Had an issue with the room not being the one I booked, which caused some frustration at check-in. The room needed better cleaning. I noticed some dog hair on the chairs and an odd smell in the fridge. Staff responsiveness improved after highlighting these issues, but the initial lack of communication was disappointing. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere despite the few hiccups. Would stay again if improvements are made.

Baymont offers well-appointed rooms with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, even behind the furniture. The front desk team was friendly and efficient during check-in.

The room was not the one reserved and had a slight mildew smell.

I liked that the entrance to the room was not on the street because it is safer but I went with my family

The breakfast was a standout, offering warm waffles and hot biscuits with gravy that really began my day on a positive note. The staff were cheerful and attentive, everything was going smoothly.
